It's very easy to add a listing or agent. Just fill out the form with the appropriate information, find the picture on your computer you want to upload and our application will do the rest. It will upload your picture, resize it to fit your web site, create a thumbnail of it and also compress the pictures to lower the file sizes so they load quickly in your browser.

There is no picture preperation you have to do. Just scan your picture or load it from your digital camera, into your computer and we will handle the rest.

And every time you add a listing, update a listing or schedule an open house, email is automatically sent to visitors of your web site that have signed up for this notification system. And all visitors have the opportunity to sign up for this service when they search your listings.
